Neutrogena
Post Graduation, in collaboration with Ghetto Film School X Passion Point Collective, I won Neutrogena’s First Frame Fellowship for a grant and mentorship from industry professionals, Chloe X Halle, to produce my latest short film, "If My Voice Rang Louder Than My Skin".
“If My Voice Rang Louder Than My Skin” brings to life a fairytale where the damsel in distress is The Bronx and the knight in shining armor, is a young black boy armed only with his voice. Using 2D animation, the film follows Ray through the streets of the Bronx, trying to unite his community’s voice through music.
The film went on to attend over 12 film festivals, winning the “Uptown Award” at the Harlem International Film Festival, “Best Animation” at the Nevada Women’s Film Festival and was Honorably Mentioned at the Thomas Edison Black Maria Film Festival.
CoComelon
I worked as a Staff Writer on the Musically Driven, Preschool show “CoComelon'' seen on Youtube, Netflix and Hulu. In addition to helping preschoolers learn hard skills like letters, numbers, colors, & more, our videos impart social life lessons, providing caretakers with an opportunity to teach and play with their children as they watch together. Blippi Buddies Meekah
Developing the Creative Bible for Blippi’s Best Friend “Meekah” was a fun-filled adventure. Meekah has a keen eye and a curious mind, never afraid of asking “why?”. She’s the “big sister” we all wish we had growing up. Through Meekah, young viewers explore places and experiences they’re naturally curious about. You can catch Meekah on YouTube, Netflix, and even Select theaters, alongside her Buddy Blippi in “Bliipi’s Big Dino Adventure”!
